Description

The new spinning rods Saltist from Daiwa are adorned with the same cosmetics as the jigging series.

Their blank has been modified to give them extra nerve to cast longer distances and have increased control during your fights.

Available in 3 models:

  • The 802H model, with a power of 30 to 70g (40/50lb) for 2m44 is suitable for fishing for small tunas and medium fish on our Mediterranean coasts or more exotic ones like in Costa Rica or Guinea.
  • The 862XH model, longer with its 2m59 for a power of 50 to 130g (60lb) allows you to reach greater casting distances. Suitable for surface popper fishing, it has a drier action than the 802H model.
  • The 762XH model, with a power of 50 to 130g (50/60lbs) for 2m29, is more muscular and will allow you to fish for tuna by casting.

  • HVF carbon blank (High Volume Fiber) mounted with x45 technology reinforced with Braiding-X carbon at the heel
  • "Off Set" fitting (the tip fits into the heel)
  • Fuji-K anti-tangle rings, Alconite tripod under-wrapped, the first being an inverted Fuji MN
  • Fuji DPS 22 reel seat with an additional Fuji BACKSTOP locking ring
  • High density EVA foam handle
  • Progressive action, reactive blank when casting, power reserve in the heel
  • Fuji GRC gimbal butt cap

Ideal reel size: 4500 or 5000
