The Talica II reels, available in a 2-speed version, are specially designed for trolling in exotic techniques, mainly using braid. Their compact, lightweight and high-performance design makes them ideal tools for demanding fishermen. Thanks to their S-COMPACT body, they offer optimal maneuverability while being smaller and lighter than other reels of equivalent size, thus facilitating their handling during long fishing sessions and fierce fights.
These trolling reels have an additional disengageable brake system, allowing the brake curve to be adjusted to optimize the line behavior, whether in monofilament or braid. The braking power is impressive, providing sufficient traction force to overcome the largest fish. In low speed, they deliver unlimited torque and power, perfect for bringing up large specimens during prolonged fights. In high speed, they allow you to quickly retrieve your lure or the caught fish, thus offering versatility suitable for various situations.
The InfinityDrive technology ensures a 30% reduction in rotation force, making retrieval smoother and lighter. The X-Protect protection guarantees excellent water resistance, preventing any infiltration that could damage the reel's internal mechanism. The Shimano quality is also present with sealed A-RB bearings, a brass gear and an aluminum spool, which ensure a smooth and durable operation. The carbon brake washers can be instantly adjusted using an accessible lever, providing precise control of the braking power.
