The Vivarelli signature resides in its semi-automatic mechanism. Unlike manual reels, the recovery of the line is done via a trigger (lever) actuated by the fingers. Thanks to a perfectly studied internal gear ratio, each press allows to swallow a large amount of line in a fraction of a second.

If the Vivarelli was born for traditional fishing, it is experiencing a second youth with the rise of modern nymph fishing (Euro-nymphing, Spanish/French fishing).
