Swimming fish for predators

The brand Salmo specialises in the design of swimming fish. To date, the brand does not manufacture soft lures. However, it does offer a wide range of swimbaits to suit a particular technique, situation, species or biotope.

Among the best known is the Salmo Slider: a hard bait with an S-shaped swimming action that is very popular with pike at the start of the season. The Hornet 9 is a popular crankbait for fishing for big perch and pike on the edge of breaks. It dives from 3.5 to 5m thanks to its wide lip. What's more, it doesn't have the balls that sometimes scare educated fish.

Swimming fish for salmonids

After tackling the carnivorous fish market, the brand is now designing swimbaits for trout. They are smaller in size, but also come in colours adapted to the species.

For carnivorous fish, you'll find swimmers in perch, pike and even carp colours, while for trout you'll find minnow and even trout colours.

A variation of these colours can be found in the Combo Trout Pack, consisting of 2 floating minnows and 1 5 cm sinking minnow, which allows you to discover trout products from Salmo.
