Daiwa Big reel Daiwa Emblem Surf 35 2018

This Emblem Surf 35 reel, both modern and powerful, has everything needed to resist the elements. The frame is protected by MagSealed oil, set in a magnetic field to prevent the intrusion of water and impurities even during full rotation. The 6 bearings are treated with anti-corrosion. This Daiwa reel has a size 35 spool which oscillation height is 35 mm. Its technical polycarbonate frame offers a significant weight reduction. It is supplied with two size 35 spools with different and complementary capacities (300m / 0.30 mm and 300m / 0.35 mm).

The SCW model has a so-called Slow CrossWrap slow oscillation. The CW model has moderate oscillation. Thus, the SCW model offers more precise storage by contiguous turns during recovery. Many surfcasting fishing enthusiasts have a preference for this feature. Now, they can enjoy this slow oscillation while benefiting from the Daiwa quality. This Emblem has managed to combine slow oscillation and fast recovery: it takes 1.06 m of line with each turn of the handle!

The QD brake allows, in half a turn of the brake button, to switch from a "declutching" mode (free brake) to a "combat" mode (tight brake). The round HIP line clip mounted on a high-quality spring allows marking the casting distance to reposition the assembly at the same place for the next cast.
