How do I print my invoice?

Simply go to your account, order history and click on the small icon marked Invoice.

How can I track and view my orders?

You will find all the delivery times on the product sheets and in the summary of your order. An email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched and a second email will be sent to give you the tracking number.

I've forgotten my password. How can I retrieve it?

You can go to the login page and click on the "forgot password" link

What are the advantages of the newsletter?

Only one per week, on Sunday morning, with a promotion for the whole of the coming week and a summary of all the new products in stock.

DELIVERY

What are the delivery times?

You will find all the delivery times on the product sheets and in the summary of your order. Please add 48 hours for delivery.

What should I do if my order doesn't arrive or is late?

Contact us using the contact form, giving us your name and order number.

How are the items I order packaged?

All products are packed in good quality cardboard boxes with cushioning particles to prevent shocks. Rods, on the other hand, are packed in PVC pipes or, very rarely, in very rigid cardboard tubes.

What should I do if my parcel arrives in poor condition?

You must absolutely refuse the parcel if it is in poor condition. We cannot hold the carrier responsible if you accept the parcel.

What should I do if my item doesn't work or doesn't fit?

Contact us using the contact form, giving us your name and order number.

Can I get my money back?

Yes, if you return the unwanted products to us in their original, new packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Can you deliver to French overseas departments and territories or to non-EEC countries?

Yes, we can. Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the products ordered, their weight and size.

How do I buy a gift voucher?

By choosing a value from among those offered here or by sending us a request for another amount using the contact form.

How do I use a gift voucher?

With the code supplied with it, directly in the summary of your order.

Is payment on Leurre de la pêche secure?

Yes, through the Banque Populaire Cyberplus system for CB payments.

When is my account debited?

The day after or the day after you place your order

What methods of payment can I use?

By cheque, paypal, credit card and bank transfer.

Is it possible to pay in instalments?

Yes, only by cheque at the moment. The credit card solution should be available soon

Start by sending us a message telling us what type of station you are going to encounter, what species of fish you are aiming for and what budget you would like to allocate to this purchase and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
