The W4 range of spinning rods from Westin range offer excellent value for money for avid anglers. The W4 Powershad 2nd is a rod designed for spinning pike and zander. Although pike and zander are most often caught on casting rods, there are 2 main advantages to using a spinning rod:
- greater casting distance
- better lure control
The Powershad 2nd from the W4 range are versatile, perfectly engineered and made from the finest Torayca® carbon fibre. Powerful yet responsive at the tip, this lure can be used to power soft lures in search of a wide variety of predators, mainly pike and zander.
Its medium-fast action makes it extremely versatile. You can use it for hard bait or spinnerbaits.
