For long sessions by the water, the Surfcasting Rod Yuki Neox Class X is a premium ally designed to cast with precision and keep a real feel for the touch. Its three-section design makes it practical to carry, while retaining the temperament and nervousness expected from a rod dedicated to surfcasting.
Its blank of a 19 mm diameter is built in high modulus ultra-light carbon fiber, braided at a 45-degree angle. On the water, this results in a robust and light assembly, able to respond accurately to both casting and combat. The hybrid tip with semi-parabolic action offers an excellent compromise between sensitivity and power reserve, to better withstand stress while transmitting touches with finesse.
The equipment matches the blank: the Torzite RV rings and titanium Low Rider SIC provide clean and controlled glide, with a configuration designed to optimize casting and stability. The two additional rings on the middle section contribute to power and stability during casting, helping to load the rod efficiently and regularly. The Fuji DPS reel seat with a locking system reinforces the assembly's reliability and ensures a secure hold of the reel, even during intense animations and repeated casts.
With its optimal casting weight between 100 and 150 grams, the Neox Class X is intended for fishermen who are looking for a rod capable of expressing its full potential in surfcasting. Available in 4.20 m and 4.50 m lengths, it allows for adjusting the range and comfort depending on fishing conditions and distances to reach. It's a relevant choice for shore fishing in the sea, when precision, distance, and sensitivity must go together.
