Daiwa Casting Reel Daiwa 25 Saltiga 300 HL

For anglers looking for a compact, powerful casting reel capable of withstanding the demands of sea fishing, the Daiwa 25 Saltiga 300 HL stands out as a reliable partner.

This versatile round profile has been designed for vertical sea fishing and for those who enjoy jigging and want to keep a reserve in moments of tension. Despite its small size, it relies on the latest Daiwa innovations to offer a real sense of mastery, with a design focused on robustness and durability.

The main body follows the precepts of HYPERDRIVE DESIGN technology, a symbol of a mechanism designed to work cleanly under stress. The reel base and side flap are machined from the solid in aluminium, as is the aluminium spool, to combine rigidity and reliability at the water's edge. The large HYPER DIGIGEAR drive wheel is perfectly connected to the main gear thanks to an increased contact surface, with a gear supported by two ball bearings to limit pressure and friction during retrievals.

In use, you can feel a more healthy and regular retrieval, even when the fishing becomes physical. The carbon disc brake with ATD technology provides accurate and reassuring dosing, useful for absorbing starts without harshness. The integrated locking system allows to lock the reel in case of snags at the bottom, a real plus to preserve the mechanics and keep control when the line gets stuck.

In the field, this type of reel makes perfect sense for vertical sea fishing and jigging, when you're looking for a compact yet solid setup capable of withstanding combat phases and repeated retrievals. The T-handle provides excellent grip, with an adjustable position to tailor the grip to your comfort and maintain effectiveness during long sessions.

A reel cut out for those who want a serious mechanism, a powerful sensation and the security of a setup designed to last.
