What is a pre-order?

By ordering now, you ensure a priority of shipment as soon as the product is received, without the risk of running out. It's a simple way to get a handle on your next purchases, especially when it comes to new or highly demanded restocks.
How does a pre-order work?
- Place your order: Add the pre-order items to your cart and complete your purchase as usual. Payment is necessary to validate the reservation of your product. You can take advantage of our usual payment facilities.
- Note the arrival date: An estimated shipping date is always indicated on the product sheet. We will keep you informed if this deadline changes.
- Receipt and priority shipment: As soon as we receive the stock from our supplier, your order is processed as a priority.
- Shipping: We ship your package and you receive a confirmation email with the tracking number to follow its progress.
