What is a pre-order?

Some highly anticipated or limited quantity products are available here for pre-order. This allows you to reserve the equipment you want in advance - even before it arrives in stock. By ordering now, you ensure a priority of shipment as soon as the product is received, without the risk of running out. It's a simple way to get a handle on your next purchases, especially when it comes to new or highly demanded restocks.

How does a pre-order work?

  1. Place your order: Add the pre-order items to your cart and complete your purchase as usual. Payment is necessary to validate the reservation of your product. You can take advantage of our usual payment facilities.
  2. Note the arrival date: An estimated shipping date is always indicated on the product sheet. We will keep you informed if this deadline changes.
  3. Receipt and priority shipment: As soon as we receive the stock from our supplier, your order is processed as a priority.
  4. Shipping: We ship your package and you receive a confirmation email with the tracking number to follow its progress.
