Description

This Daiwa spinning reel is a new addition to the range for 2021. It belongs to the Black Gold family, to which we've added LT and ARK technology and the RR concept, which is characterised by its red colour. It's mainly designed for strong sea fishing, although it can also be used in freshwater for very specific techniques.

This magnificent BG LT RR ARK features an aluminium frame. This will of course make it heavier than a mix of graphite, metal and carbon. But the big advantage is that it won't suffer any deformation, even when harnessed to an ultra-powerful fish that can get into your drag.

The LT concept makes up for this by keeping the weight under 400g for the 6000 size. This still allows you to balance a combo that's not too heavy and fish for hours on end without getting too tired.

Add to that a smooth spinning action, a state-of-the-art ATD brake and 6 sizes to cover a wide range of uses, and you've got one of the most affordable reels for these qualities.
