Daiwa reels are part of one of the world's leading fishing manufacturing brands. Originating in Japan, it continues to perpetuate a notion of excellence and development to always open products, reels, more advanced, more cutting edge in terms of technology.

Spinning reel Daiwa, know-how

Daiwa has its own premises and factories for the development and manufacture of its spinning reels. It relies on a very dynamic engineering department to create the reels of the future and help fishing evolve as a whole. Always keen to be as close as possible to anglers' expectations, Daiwa has a team of enthusiasts all over the world who are consulted directly to provide feedback on the needs and specifics of each part of the planet. As a result, you'll find totally different ranges whether you're in Australia or France, and sometimes for the same species.

For the sake of quality and expertise, it's common for the brand's top-of-the-range models to be made in Japan, while the cheaper models are produced in other Asian countries. The workforce on these production lines is regularly trained, ensuring that all our reels are extremely reliable.

Reels Daiwa at all prices

The range has continued to expand as the brand becomes more widely available around the world. As a result, Daiwa reels have been developed in ever-expanding ranges to meet the different needs of anglers. From beginners to expert anglers, through to enthusiasts, you'll find products to suit you in terms of looks, technical features and use. The higher the price of the reel, the more it will be equipped with the latest technological advances for ever greater comfort and fluidity. Lower prices are not a sign of poor quality reels, but simply models with older technologies that require much less development cost. If you're not sure which spinning reel to choose, we'll be happy to help you by email or phone.

LT technology on DAIWA reels

Recently, Daiwa developed a new concept called LT. It stands for Light 1 Tough. It consists of offering a frame that is generally a little smaller to reduce the overall weight as much as possible. The result, for example, is reels weighing less than 200g up to size 3000, which means you can expect combo spinning reels weighing less than 300g, real foils with sensitivity and precision. The mechanical parts have also been redesigned to provide stronger control wheels and minimise play in the mechanisms, often responsible for premature reel wear. The entire Daiwa range of spinning reels is gradually being equipped with this technology, which is revolutionising the world of reels. The big names such as Exceler, Fuego, Certate and Caldia are all available in LT versions ... You'll see that to try it is to adopt it.
