The MONOCOQUE aluminum frame is the historic signature of the Certate. Combined with an also aluminum rotor and a Duraluminum drive gear, this set provides uncompromising structural rigidity. The side plate screwed directly into the frame acts as a mechanical lock, preventing any deformation under heavy loads. This design eliminates traditional threads, freeing up more interior space that accommodates a larger drive gear - synonymous with increased retrieval power.
The ATD Tough brake system equips the Certate 26 HD with carbon discs for exceptional make and durability. It adapts in real time to the fish's pull, without jerking or dropping.
