Description

The Riser Bait 009P swimfish is a surface lure from the brand Illex with the Jackall design. This surface lure stands out thanks to its bib positioned in line with the body of the lure. The Riser Bait 009P is a flapper type popper. It has an erratic swimming action.

Its mouth is perforated to create jets of water and a trail of bubbles on the surface. The Riser Bait 009P also generates bright flashes of light thanks to its highly successful colours, perfectly reproducing the escape of a forage fish. This surface lure is particularly suited to species that are receptive to fast action such as black bass, perch, asp, pike or sea bass. This hard bait will trigger the aggression of predators chasing prey that flees the surface.

The Riser Bait 009P is the lure of choice for triggering attacks from predators in both fresh and salt water. The bubbles generated on the surface confuse the predator which attacks even if the lure is much larger than the forage fish. What's more, it's a dense lure that's easy to cast even into the wind, making it ideal for fishing in difficult conditions or from the shore.
