Description
The JMC First is the ideal companion for discovering fly fishing in the best possible conditions, with a set designed to make your first sessions easier, smoother and more reassuring by the water’s edge.
Designed as a ready-to-fish combo, this fly fishing set brings together two kits perfectly suited to traditional dry-fly fishing on rivers. The benefit is immediate: you get a well-matched setup that’s ready to fish, without having to puzzle over which components to choose. The rod with its soft action makes casting easier to master and naturally supports your movements. For beginners or anglers looking to improve quickly, it offers real comfort on the water: casts become more consistent and controlled, while the setup feels reassuring from the very first drifts.
The large-arbour reel offers a very comfortable design, making line retrieval enjoyable and line management simple. Supplied with a floating WF fly line and a leader, the set is ready to fish without any additional rigging. This complete setup delivers a smooth experience, ideal for focusing on what matters: presenting the fly neatly, following the drift and enjoying every cast.
On rivers, when dry-fly fishing, the JMC First really comes into its own. It’s aimed at anglers looking for a reliable way to learn and improve, with a natural and accessible approach to fly fishing. Whether you’re heading out for the first time or looking for simple, effective tackle, this set focuses on ease of use and value for money.
