The Green Close Combat rod from Madcat is a rod specially designed for jigging catfish with baitfish. It's the most suitable model for small boats thanks to its 1.70m length and compact size. As a result, this model performs very well for easy manoeuvring in float tube battles.
This rod is not designed for casting, which is why it is fitted with small guides to limit its weight and allow the blank to work very quickly.
Made from high-quality materials, these Green rods feature a sensitive, powerful and perfectly balanced blank.
Its butt provides a good grip and better handling during a hard fight with a catfish. So even the biggest catfish will be within your grasp.
