The large family of SG4 rods from Savage Gear continues to grow with the casting rod Vertical Specialist BC. This casting rod was developed for vertical fishing from a boat.

Although vertical fishing is most often practiced with a spinning rod, casting rods provide considerable fishing comfort.

With a length of 1m98 and a power of 25 to 60g, it is a versatile and compact vertical rod. To optimize its sensitivity, resonance and compactness, Savage Gear chose a 1+1 design. Thus, this design preserves the technical qualities of the blank.

Equipped with a Japanese Toray 30T blank, very light and resistant, the casting rod Vertical Specialist BC has a fast action for effective hooking and very good lure control.

The rings are Coil Control to improve your casting performance with new generation braids. You will also find ergonomic EVA handles and an Alien Lock Down Rell reel seat for unmatched sensations and performance in this range.
