Shimano is expanding its range with the Yasei AX series which ensures a contained price for high-end performances. The Yasei AX Zander Vertical casting rod will therefore be dedicated, as its name suggests, to zander fishing. Its characteristics make it perfectly adapted to this type of practice thanks particularly to an ultra-sensitive tip and a powerful butt.

The reactivity of the blank makes it very comfortable to use, like an extension of your own arm, you will animate your lures with great precision while benefiting from great power. Its length of 1m90 will be perfectly adapted to precise throws near obstacles and its power of 14-28g will ensure you to cover all types of lures except the heaviest ones.

Each Yasei AX rod is equipped with a Full Carbon High Modulus blank built with Hi-Power X technology and Nano Alloy. This not only allows to reduce the blank's torsion during fishing, but also to give the rod the speed and power necessary to get the most timid bites, which is common when the zander feeds reluctantly in cold weather.

To further increase sensitivity and overall performance, the rod is equipped with latest generation K-type Fuji Alconite rings, light and adapted to the thin diameter braids commonly used for jigging.

Finally, a Fuji reel seat is mounted on the customized Split Grip EVA handle, giving this model an ultra modern and comfortable appearance to face all situations.
