Description
The Casting rod Yasei BB AX (also available in a spinning version) has been specially developed for big pike. These rods Shimano are part of the famous Yasei family of rods that offer exceptional value for money.
These 3 casting rods complement each other perfectly and are designed for pike fishing with large lures from 30g to 170g. You'll be able to cast a wide range of lures while retaining the power you need to take on the biggest pike. From Moderate Fast to Fast action, these rods are comfortable to use on long fishing days.
The lower section of the Yasei BB AX is reinforced for maximum power. These are highly responsive rods that will allow you to fish large stretches of water, whether you're fishing from the bank or from a boat.
All Yasei BB AX Pike rods are built from a fast-action Full Carbon blank constructed with HPC (High Pressure Carbon) technology and exclusive Diaflash technology. Diaflash technology increases the power in the lower part of the rod and reduces the twisting of the blank when casting, resulting in longer, more accurate casts.
In particular, the inclusion of the Diaflash improves fight management even under extreme tension as it allows the rod to apply more direct and even pressure from the heel to the tip.
The Yasei BB Pike is fitted with Fuji Fazlite K-type rings, which are lightweight but also extremely durable, helping to avoid any tangling problems during powerful casts.
You'll benefit from a Fuji reel seat mounted on the custom-designed two-piece EVA handle, giving this rod a modern, attractive appearance that matches its brilliant fishing performance.
