Description

The Madcat UV Series Heavy Duty Rod is a spinning rod specially designed for catfish, designed to withstand the most physical fishing. Made from 24T carbon, it offers an impressive reserve of power and perfect control during battles against the largest specimens.

With a casting power of 200 to 300 g, this rod is ideally suited to buoy fishing, subflottante fishing or any situation where it is necessary to set up and maintain heavy assemblies in large catfish rivers. The SeaGuide rings used are without fragile ceramic, making them unbreakable and shock-resistant, even with intensive use.

Like the other models in the range, the Heavy Duty Rod is UV-active: it reacts to ultraviolet light, a convenient detail for night or low-light fishing.
