Developed to handle large lures and to face the most powerful fish, these reels combine high line capacity, a strong brake, and remarkable rotation fluidity.
Their compact C6 carbon body combines lightness and rigidity, while Duragear™ brass gears ensure exceptional durability even under heavy stress. The Power Stack Carbon Matrix brake system offers progressive and powerful braking suited to the most demanding fights, with up to 12 kg of maximum power on the 400LP model.
The MagTrax magnetic brake system ensures perfect control of casts, even with heavy lures, while the 95 mm aluminum handle and oversized soft-touch handles provide comfort.
Available in two sizes, the Max 5 300 and 400 adapt to all situations: from black-bass to large pike or muskie, in freshwater as well as in saline conditions.
