Description
The Spinning Rod Madcat UV Series Light Spin has been specifically developed for a finer approach to catfish fishing. Unlike usual "crowbars", this model offers a more playable action, ideal for exploring small channels, modest rivers or ponds where the main target remains the medium-sized catfish.
With its power range of 40 to 125 grams, this rod falls into the "Light" category for catfish. It allows for casting lighter lures (spoons, soft lures, swimming fish) while maintaining enough power reserve to control a large fish. It's the ideal compromise to maximize the pleasure of the fight without suffering the weight of too heavy gear.
The signature of the "UV" series lies in its unique finish. The blank reacts intensely to ultraviolet light. If you fish at night or at dawn with a UV headlamp, the rod becomes luminous and perfectly visible.
