Description

The Night Shadows MS 157 Rover is designed for anglers who want to keep a genuine technical spinning rod close at hand, wherever they go and without any hassle. At just 25.5 cm when folded—about the size of a small water bottle—it slips easily into a rucksack, glove compartment, bum bag or cabin bag, while staying ready for any opportunity by the water.

Its ingenious 3-piece construction, with one telescopic section, extends to around 157 cm. This ultra-compact design does nothing to compromise its identity as a technical spinning rod: its action is perfectly suited to finesse fishing for small predatory fish, providing the precision needed to handle subtle bites and delicate presentations. On the water, it offers a real sense of freedom, with a rod that is ready for impromptu sessions without sacrificing versatility or ease of use.

Designed for modern travelling anglers, it’s ideal for those who like to make the most of every spare moment, whether on urban explorations, micro-adventures or a trip to the water after a busy day. Its compact design also makes it an ideal companion for hiking, bivouacking, vanlife and all kinds of outdoor activities where discretion and having your gear ready to hand make all the difference.

It’s perfectly suited to targeting perch, trout, chub and black bass with a finesse-focused, mobile and responsive approach. When conditions change quickly or an opportunity arises unexpectedly, this premium rod keeps you ready to fish with a genuine, elegant and high-performance mobile fishing rig.
