This new series of rods has been eagerly awaited for months. The Victory follows on from the Avid range, positioning itself between the legend and Mojo ranges. The American brand has worked on a modern blank, capable of a little more flexibility for strength and casting distance. This will be achieved without sacrificing sensitivity or any of the other qualities that are important to St Croix.

This 73 MXF Max Tactical is, as its name suggests, a real foil for tactical fishing. Sensitive and particularly light, it will excel for all scratch fishing, between 5 and 14g. It's ideal for pike-perch, perch and, of course, black bass. Its length will delight you whether you're fishing from the shore or from a boat.

The all-new hybrid blank exclusive to the American brand is the result of research and the combination of SCVI and SCIII carbon fibres to create the SCIII+. This new blank gives the rod excellent sensitivity and improved suppleness without sacrificing sensitivity.
