The Aldebaran BFS casting reel is a reel from the brand Shimano designed for BFS - Bait Finesse fishing. The Aldebaran BFS is a very light 130g baitcasting reel. This casting reel has been developed to fish light lures weighing 1g or more. It is ideal for trout, perch and black bass fishing.

The baitfinesse feature allows you to fish quickly with one hand, giving you a wider range of fishing spots. The Aldebaran BFS casting reel is available in 2 ratios for a retrieve of 71cm for the 7.8:1 (HGL) and 81cm for the 8.9:1 (XGL) per turn of the crank. The casting reel is a very good alternative to the spinning reel for trout fishing in small streams for black bass with light lures.

The Aldebaran BFS reel features the FTB (Finesse Tune Braking) system and an ultra-light MGL III spool for easy casting and line control. The addition of S3D spool design and SilentTune technology further enhances casting performance.
