Description

Some very good news for Shimano for 2019 is the creation of this casting reel. The DC system joins the Curado range, one of the brand's most famous casting reels. The result is a high-quality product at a much lower price than the top-of-the-range Metanium or Calcutta.

DC technology is a self-contained system that recharges a printed circuit during the casting phase to provide energy at the end of the casting. This will eliminate wigging and make fishing with small lures a whole lot easier, while making your casts much more accurate. A future reference that many anglers should own a reel capable of many things. Equipped with the X-Ship system, it's also designed to handle larger lures and target pike.
