Spintails are all-round lures, very effective on perch, pike or zander. The Tail Spinner 3D Sticklebait Tailspin from Savage Gear is an ultra versatile lure capable of catching all types of predators. The 13g model measures 7.3cm and is particularly suited to pike fishing at the very beginning of the season and to zander fishing in June / July.

Its dense body equipped with a blade allows for quick prospecting of fishing spots. It thus allows to locate active fish.

Perch will be the preferred targets, as they are extremely sensitive to its action imitating a small fish, trying to escape.

To optimize its effectiveness, it is recommended to animate it linearly with pulls. This animation very well imitates a prey trying to escape. The pull animations from the bottom to the surface are also excellent. In addition, its blade comes into action as soon as it falls into the water. The eyelet located on the top of its body will allow you to adjust your swimming depth and adapt to your spot.

You can use it alone or via a teaser assembly by adding a small soft lure 50 to 70cm higher. This type of assembly imitates a predator chasing a prey. This behavior stirs up food competition among the perch. In addition, this assembly sometimes allows to catch 2 perches at once when the school is numerous.
