Description

The soft bait Driftfry Mellow is a lure from the brand Illexthe Driftfry Mellow has been specifically developed for sight fishing for black bass in well marked spots such as bank and cliff drop-offs, scree slopes and submerged trees in Japanese reservoirs (and everywhere else in the world).

During the test phases, European perch, pike-perch, bass and sea bass proved particularly receptive to this ultra-smooth lure. This lure has a very realistic body with lots of detail in the 3D eyes and pronounced relief in the gills and scales. The result is a perfect imitation of a small forage fish.

The Driftry Mellow is fitted with an air channel that reduces its density and gives the best possible presentation of the jig head and the Texas hook. This soft bait Jackall lure has a special bib that slows the lure down for slower fishing and increases the vibration of the tail while accentuating the shimmer on the sides of the lure when mounted on a jig head round.

You'll also be able to cut the lip to suit your needs and your finesse rigs to suit the conditions at the time. The Driftfry Mellow is particularly formidable when fished vertically for zander, on the fly for sea bass or mounted as a heavy drop-shot.
