Description

The hybrid bucktail swimm Shallow Cruiser from BIM Tackle is an jig head epoxy "Shallow Cruiser Rig", weighing about 96 g dry (about 100 g wet) with its soft bait VV Cruiser in 23cm, designed to explore shallow bottoms with deadly precision.

Its slow sinking allows it to reach 1 meter depth in 5 seconds. This behavior makes it an ideal lure for prospecting vegetated edges, gravel tails and shallow weed beds where the pike likes to lie in wait.

The Shallow Cruiser head is cast in epoxy for optimal resistance to shocks and the sharp teeth of the pike. It is equipped with a synthetic fiber skirt, perfectly imitating the movements of an injured bait fish. It is associated with the VV Cruiser, a soft bait type grub whose wavy tail generates attractive vibrations at all retrieval speeds.

This hybrid rig lends itself to several actions: slow linear retrieval to stay in the pike's hunting window, rod action with rhythmic pauses to trigger reflex attacks, or yo-yo swimming along drop-offs and submerged structures.
