When cephalopods are holding deeper, the Yamashita Naory Range 2.3D Deep offers the control and precision you need at the water’s edge. Designed for light eging in deep water, this squid jig is made to sink quickly, settle neatly in the target water layer and trigger clear reactions when worked.

The shape of its weight plays a central role, allowing it to move quickly through the water layer to reach the holding zone without delay. When worked, its darting action is quick, precise and easy to control—a real advantage when you need to keep the presentation tidy and lively. This sense of control is invaluable when conditions call for methodical searching, with short, regular movements.

The glow body produces an ultra-high-intensity glow that varies with the colour of the egi’s fabric, improving lure visibility in murky water or at night. This is a real benefit when tracking the squid jig visually and keeping the lure moving smoothly in low-visibility conditions. Warm Jacket technology completes the design with a coating developed to replicate and retain, for longer than traditional coatings, the slight difference in temperature between the water and the body of prey warmed by contact with light.
