In its quest for performance, Yo Zuri is bringing us the Egi Aurie Q 3D jig this year. This jig (or calamarette) has technical features that make this egi squid one of the most effective on the market. The Egi Aurie Q 3D is equipped with 3D Prism Shrimp lens technology. This technology creates light reflections that attract cuttlefish and squid.

The Egi Aurie Q 3D jigs are covered with a semi-transparent fabric that allows light to pass through. This semi-transparent fabric makes the lure even more realistic. An internal foil with chromatic effects reflects the light to create reflections .

Aurora foil: greenish reflections in the slightest light
Gold foil: golden light
Marbled foil: the colour changes depending on the orientation of the jig or the angle at which the cephalopod is viewed
Silver leaf: reflects the surrounding colours like the scales of a real fish
Red foil: makes the outline of the egi clearer

Egi Aurie Q 3D jigs are equipped with eyes that emit a bluish luminescence of 488 nm. The 488 nm wavelength is known to attract cuttlefish and squid. This Yo Zuri jig combines 3D Prism Shrimp lens technology with semi-transparent fabric to cover the entire light spectrum visible to cuttlefish and squid for double the effectiveness.
