Description

The Wake 145 F from babyface is a silent floating hard bait designed with absolute precision. Every detail has been carefully studied to offer a lure that's ready to fish right out of the box, with no need for complex techniques. Simply retrieve it in a straight line to trigger its irresistible action, capable of provoking powerful attacks!

One of the major strengths of this lure lies in its rear hook adorned with feathers. This floating feather plays a crucial role: at the moment of the bite, it is naturally sucked in by the fish, considerably increasing the chances of hooking your catch properly. In addition to adding a subtle visual attraction, it reduces missed bites, making each attack more efficient.

After many tests, the designers chose a 1/0 triple hook made of 3X ultra-resistant steel, positioned at the front and back. This robust and precise setup ensures immediate and deep penetration at the time of hook-setting, while guaranteeing perfect fish hold during the fight.

The shape of the lure was designed to optimize both the action in the water and the aerodynamics in flight. Its internal mass transfer system allows for impressively stable casts, with a straight trajectory and an extended range. Result: you can cover a much wider area, opting for a slow retrieve just under the surface or a faster animation to prospect different water layers.
