Like its counterparts in the range, the Rockstar 59 adopts a silhouette that immediately evokes the bullhead or the goby — two benthic species which trouts and perches know perfectly well and which they naturally hunt. The tonic gum allows it to spring into action at low retrieval speeds and remains lively even with light weights of head lead. No need for sustained animation for the Rockstar 59 to work — it moves at the slightest displacement, making it particularly formidable in slow fishing or under difficult conditions.
The material chosen for the Rockstar 59 is intentionally firmer than on some soft lures on the market. This solidity translates into an increased durability in use and a better hold on the hook, without compromising the action of the lure. Add to this an aniseed aroma incorporated into the mass, which gradually releases on contact with water and encourages fish to hold the lure longer — and you get a complete fishing tool, efficient from the first throw to the last.
