When predators focus on easy prey, the Fox Rage Ultra-Realistic Mirror Carp Replicant makes all the difference with its strikingly lifelike imitation of a mirror carp. Designed to fool both the eye and the instincts, this soft lure faithfully replicates a carp’s silhouette, making it ideal for triggering attacks from pike on the hunt for a big meal.
Its main strength lies in its ultra-realistic finish, created using advanced 3D scans of real mirror carp. Every scale, pattern and shade is reproduced with impressive precision, giving it a strong visual presence in the water. Combined with a realistic carp-shaped body, this design imitates credible natural prey, capable of rousing both wary fish and active hunters.
When worked, the paddle tail kicks into action with intensity, generating strong vibrations. This vibratory signal enhances the lure’s appeal and prompts decisive takes, even when fish follow without committing to a bite. It has exactly the kind of action that gets noticed without being overdone, maintaining a clear, consistent presence throughout the retrieve.
The robust internal harness and belly treble hook provide real security when striking and help maintain effective contact with the fish during every attack. The eyelet beneath the head also lets you add Tungsten Chin Weights to adjust the running depth precisely to suit the conditions and the area being fished. Available in three sizes—10 cm - 26 g - size 4 hook, 14 cm - 69 g - size 1 hook, and 18 cm - 136 g - size 2/0 hook—this model covers a range of predator-fishing applications.
On the bank, it comes into its own in areas where predators hold near convincing baitfish, particularly when targeting fish on the move or holding in position. Its ultra-realistic appearance makes it an excellent choice when fish are wary of more conventional silhouettes and the presentation needs to inspire confidence at first sight.
