This latest version of the legendary Aurie-Q has been specifically designed to achieve exceptional casting distances. Heavier, the Aurie-Q Longcast gains extra range without compromising its action, allowing you to cover more water with consistency and confidence. Its dorsal balance comes from a floating dorsal fin that compensates for the extra weight: the difference is immediately noticeable when casting, as well as when working the lure. On the sink, it maintains a stable position, helping to present the lure cleanly and clearly to cephalopods. The fin also acts as a highly attractive strike point. The anti-snag weight is designed to enhance movement while limiting unwanted contact with the bottom or obstacles. Finally, the ultra-strong double-pronged crown hook offers reliable penetration and a secure hold.
