It's part of the stickbait family, which means that repeated jerks make it move suddenly to the right and then to the left. Carnivores go crazy for these animations. But if you sink it, this lure will swim like a swimbait on the way down, just like a linear retrieve. Note that this lure is 20% salt and has a body stuffed with garlic attractant so that the fish won't spit it out.
