The brand likes Illex likes to use products that we've already seen in the past. This Freddy is proof of that once again this year. After the release of the 170 model in 2021, it's time for the 130 model to find a new place in the brand's catalogue.

And it has to be said that this is a very good thing for all predator anglers. This smallest size is clearly the most versatile for most anglers. At 13 cm and 21 g, most rods on the market, whether spinning or casting, will be able to cast, handle and retrieve this swimbait.

Its swimming action is unrivalled and as effective as ever, despite its many years of existence. The brand has opted for a range of very natural colours. Bearing the name Noisy, you'll easily find the fish species that each model imitates.

Technique-wise, there are several ways to retrieve this lure. You can simply work it in a linear fashion and take advantage of its S-shaped swimming action. You can also give it a stop and go action. Finally, you could twitch the lure to get it to make big splits.

Initially designed for a particularly shallow swim, you can add a small weight to increase its descent speed and fish deeper.
