Description

The soft bait Ragot Civelix 10cm is inspired by a natural prey that instantly triggers the attack: the elver, or glass eel. With its slender and elongated profile, it faithfully reproduces this silhouette highly valued by predatory sea fish, for fishing where discretion and precision often make the difference.

Designed to be lethal when casting from the shore or from a boat, this soft bait is perfectly suited to the varied animations indicated by the manufacturer: jigging, with a bombette or trolling. This versatility allows to adapt the presentation to the current conditions and the behavior of the target fish, while maintaining a natural presentation that remains credible in the water.

This 10 cm format offers an excellent compromise between visibility and swimming refinement. It targets fish that are specifically sought after on elongated and easy to digest prey: bass, mackerel, seabass, horse mackerel, pollack, garfish, and baby tarpon. In the field, it comes into its own when fish follow without necessarily committing fully: its elver shape provides that natural signal that can trigger the decision at the right time.

Whether you are fishing from the shore or from a vessel, the Civelix® is designed to maintain a simple, effective, and consistent presentation with these species' feeding habits. It is particularly effective when predators are focused on small, slender prey, with a discreet but persistent approach that allows you to remain in the relevant water layer for a long time.
