When predators are wary of large lures, the Z-Man ChatterBait MicroMax provides that subtle but highly effective presence that makes the difference at the water's edge.

Developed as a competition bladed jig re-designed for finesse/BFS configurations, this chatterbait offers the sensations of a classic model in a reduced volume. Its scaled-down design makes it a formidable option in heavily fished areas, where a compact profile knows how to reassure while remaining provocative. Despite its size, it remains impressive for its ability to produce a marked vibration, with a nervous feel that allows for control in the most precise animations.

The patented ChatterBlade® blade in stainless steel, in a hexagonal shape, is directly connected to the lead head. The result: immediate vibration, a clear noise, and erratic movement that starts as soon as the handle turns. This is exactly what you expect from a lure capable of awakening activity when you need to trigger an attack reflex without overloading the presentation.

Its sturdy #1 hook in black nickel provides the necessary hold in fights, while conical molded barbs securely hold soft plastic trailers. The hand-tied silicone skirt adds volume and pulsation, with a clean and durable finish, reinforced by the color-coordinated painted head. The result is neat and designed to last.

With its two weights, 5.3 g and 7.1 g, the MicroMax easily adapts to fishing conditions and different line weights. In compact version, it finds its full interest in fine fishing, between linear animations, regular re-runs, and precise passages on sensitive posts.
