What if braid could be a decisive element in your vertical fishing practices? At least that's what the brand thinks Sakura has come up with this new 8-strand braid for this very special technique. It has been specially treated, with a tighter weave and markings every 5m.

In fact, one of the great advantages of the press in these techniques is its small diameter, which means it holds less water when your jig head is several metres under the boat. By offering a tight weave, the brand offers less grip on the water, so less need to weight strong.

The round profile is also improved, making it easier to glide through the rings. You'll quickly notice a much quieter retrieve, which avoids negative vibrations when you're after a very wary fish like pike-perch.
