A new reel spool for more performance

Some spinning reels come with 2 spools. These reels are becoming increasingly rare. However, the usefulness of a second spool is not in doubt. The same reel can be used for different fishing techniques. However, the line body in the reel may not be suitable for every situation.

For example, for wacky black bass fishing in obstacles and vertical pike-perch fishing, a size 2500 reel is perfectly suited, but the line body must be adapted to each environment.

That's why using 2 spools is a good option if you don't want to be burdened with several reels. All you have to do is change the spool according to the technique you're using and your requirements.

Why change the crank handle on your reel?

A reel's crank handle is a very important component. The crank is one of the main components of the casting reel or spinning reel.

With 1 or 2 handles, the handle must be responsive and light for optimum fishing quality and comfort.

Many reels come with standard, rather heavy cranks topped with an EVA handle. This is an inexpensive option widely offered by reel manufacturers. To optimise your reel, you can customise it by replacing the crank with carbon or aluminium cranks. As for handles, some brands offer them in cork and others in non-slip materials.
