Description

The Westin Swim Tail 10 cm Suspending is the ideal lure for sessions where adaptability is needed to trigger the pike. Derived from the legendary Swim Original, this swim bait offers real versatility thanks to its ingenious screw fastening, which allows you to change the tail in a few seconds according to the mood of the fish and the conditions of the moment.

With its paddle tail, this lure animates perfectly on a regular recovery dotted with short pauses, for an attractive swim and easy to control. With the curl tail, it takes on a more traditional dimension and responds better to a twitching / jerk animation with many pauses. This dual approach allows you to vary the signals sent under water and precisely adjust the animation between regular swimming, marked pauses and rhythm changes.

The Swim Tail measures 17.5 cm with the paddle tail and 19 cm with the curl tail, making it a lure designed to cover many situations throughout the seasons. Its long casting design facilitates long throws, while its ABS plastic body ensures robust construction. The lead-free statement reflects a modern conception, and the body is fully threaded with a metal wire to strengthen the solidity of the set during fights. The ultra-sharp carbon steel hooks help to improve hooking during the setting, to make the most of each touch.

In action fishing, this lure makes sense when the pike follows without biting frankly, or when the fish react better to changes in cadence. The possibility of fishing the curl tail upwards for a more pronounced twitching action, or downwards for a classic tail bait action, further opens up the field of animations. By adding a switch weight in the front eyelet, it also becomes suitable for deeper areas, which helps to cover more ground and remain effective when fish stay lower.
