This fluorocarbon from Shimano is part of the Ocea range. This makes it suitable for marine practices, even though it can be perfectly used in fresh water. With diameters available ranging from 24/100 to over 100/100, you can cover all techniques that require its use.

On a technical level, the Japanese brand has afforded itself the best technology of today to compose a fluorocarbon, with the superposition of 3 layers giving it all its characteristics. The one on the outside benefits from a treatment ensuring a lot of glide in the rings. This allows for supporting casting distances despite the diameters but also for having less parasitic noise.

The middle part provides resistance to the whole, and especially to abrasion. Rock heads or oyster parks will no longer scare you. Finally, the inner part will offer the whole less stiffness than usual to allow you to more easily make knots.
