The Yo-Zuri L-Minnow 3.3 cm is the small sinking minnow that quickly attracts attention when the fish are lurking and cautious. Compact, hefty, and very stable, it combines a fry silhouette with a strong presence in the water to trigger assertive strikes.
Its very high back displaces as much water as a crankbait would, while maintaining narrow flanks similar to those of a fry. The result: a tight swim almost vibrating, with clearly perceivable pulsations up to the rod. This direct feedback helps to maintain the right animation rhythm and gives the lure a very lively signature despite its small size.
The heavy weight transfer ball significantly improves casting and allows for reaching surprising distances. It also emits strong low-frequency waves, capable of rallying fish from afar. The reinforced lip brings serenity in contact with the bottom and handles repeated shocks as well as sustained fights without flinching.
Sinking, the L-Minnow is particularly interesting in relatively deep areas, such as high rivers at the beginning of the season or ponds. It can be reeled into different water layers thanks to the count down system, ideal for counting the descent and precisely locating active or stationed fish lower down.
On the field, it is a quick scouting lure designed to cover a large volume of water. It is perfect for trout fishermen who want to efficiently explore a large area, but also for lovers of small predators in fresh or sea water. Its vibrating swim and its stability make it an excellent choice when a reaction needs to be provoked, whether on a cold river, a pond, or in search of small sea fish.
In action, it fully fits into a power fishing strategy: cast far, count the descent, then animate regularly to exploit all its attractiveness.
